What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Discover, Google Checkout, wire transfers and written checks are all acceptable methods of payment.
Credit cards are only accepted from the continental US and Canada, the only international payment method accepted is wire transfer. If you are located outside of the continental US or Canada and wish to send a payment via credit card a call; special exceptions may be done and a call to our headquarters is required we may be reached at 1-(305)-971-2916 these orders will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes we can ship orders internationally. Orders placed internationally must be paid for via wire transfer. If you would like to place an international order please call our headquarters at 1-(305)-971-2916 for further assistance.
Can I have my order shipped to a different address other than my billing address?
Yes but you will need to call your credit card company and have them put the alternate address on file before placing your order.
How long will it take for me to receive a response to my online order?
You will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you do not receive your receipt within the hour, please allow a grace period of up to twenty-four hours before contacting us. Please note that you should check your Junk Mail because the confirmation email may have been stored there

How can I get free shipping?
Free shipping is available to customers located in the contiguous US whose orders exceed $1,500.00.

I need to cancel my order. What should I do?
To cancel an order, please call 1-(305)-971-2916. Once an order is shipped it is not possible to cancel an order, it would then have to be returned and may be subject to a restocking fee.
